In this meeting the following issues are discussed - 1)Rtn Tapan Kumar Mondal, contact person of the RD 3240 Foundation Trust funded project -Floor to Table- Installation of concrete tables and seating benches at Mid-day Meal Hall at Guskara P P Institution reported that the, the said project had been completed and it was ready to hand over to school authority for their students. Members of club given thanks to Rtn Tapan Kumar Mondal with clapping. The house decided the project will be inaugurated by Rtn Chandan Roy, AG, Zone-3 and handed over to the school on 16th April� 2026 at lunch time. Club requested to the President and secretary to arranged a short inauguration programme and to send the completion report of the said project with necessary documents to concern authority of RD 3240 Foundation Trust. 2) Discussed on the proposed budget of RID 3240 for RY 2026-27 and house requested Rtn Monimoy Mukherjee, PE, to send the feedback to concern leadership of district.
